More success

The more I research this. The more I realize how ridiculous it is for the media to portray this research the way they do. I want everyone to realize that I'm not sure weather or not embryonic stem cell (E.S.C.) research is unethical or not. What many people don't realize is that embryonic stem cell lines are derived from a blastocyst. A blastocyst is the stage of embryo that is 3 to 7 days after conception. It contains about 150 or so cells. A blastocyst can be manually divided and create identical twins. Other manipulations are possible where nucleus transfusion can create a human with different DNA. It could be separated in half and have one half with a nucleus transfusion thus creating paternal twins rather than identical. So one could argue that a blastocyst is really a precursor to life and only contains cells with information. Since we can change who that person is at the blastocyst stage then perhaps it isn't life yet. I don't care which side you take on this argument, you have to acknowledge that this could be life in some element. And as long as it could be,we should err on the side of caution for life.
God has given us the means to elimate the controversy altogether.
Many make the argument that E.S.C.'s are pluripotent, meaning these cells can become any type of living cell. Where adult stem cells can only become specific cells. Scientist are finding that adult stem cells are not as limiting as once thought, as well as there are many different types of adult stem cells. They are not only found in bone marrow, but in other parts of the body such as the nasal cavity and skin. Each different adult stem cell can perform different therapies. So we are finding that limitations once thought of are perhaps not really there. The real bottom line is, you can't argue with results. Embryonic stem cells have never ....Ever...ever been used (not even once) to treat a human being for anything. If you check out the above link, you'll see what adult stem cells are already treating, never mind what the future holds. God has made the choice easy for us. It's as if he saying to us "go ahead, heal yourselves. Here is the means of doing it, without killing anyone or anything. I give you a tool for your science to work with that will work miracles". But we are saying back to him "but there's no controversy, I need to choose to kill one to save another. I need it to be more complicated. Please God make it more complicated"
